Bengaluru Real Estate & Infrastructure
The Greater Bengaluru Authority has approved the DPR for a 110-km elevated corridor project, estimated at ₹18,000 crore. Designed to ease congestion on major arterial roads, the project will also require ₹3,000 crore for land acquisition. Once completed, this mega corridor is expected to drastically cut travel time across the city.
Bengaluru’s Sarjapur, Whitefield, and Devanahalli continue to be top investment hubs, delivering steady price appreciation and rental yields of 4–7.7%. Emerging areas like Varthur, Hoskote, Kanakapura Road, and Bannerghatta Road are gaining traction with new infrastructure upgrades, making them attractive for both investors and homebuyers.
According to Knight Frank’s Prime Global Cities Index Q2 2025, Bengaluru ranks 4th worldwide with prime housing prices growing 10.2% annually.
